Easy Assembly

The planter box is flat packed, which is light and easy to position. It comes as an easy kitset, you can set up a planter box in 10 minutes. Better for, the plant box has no sharp edge, you don’t need a rubber strip applied on the top edge

Vertical Corrugation

Side walls are constructed from vertical corrugated sheets, which improves the garden bed’s ability in bearing the soil and make the garden bed more appealing.

Craftmanship

We use specialized galvanized steel for our plant box, which has a protective layer of zinc that resists rust and corrosion. So instead of rusting, our planter box has amazing durability whatever the weather, and can stay in great shape for many years!

Standard Delivery

Steelmates will email you shortly after your order is processed to confirm your order has been placed successfully. We will then call you or send you an Email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. The delivery is weekday service.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact before the day to make alternative arrangements.

My house has a restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

If your order has not been delivered when expected please feel free to contact us on 09-2740618.

Please Note: Additional items such as the riverter, security locks and shelving may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you may receive multiple deliveries.
