Patio Cover For Sale from Steelmates is designed with gutter and spouting on both ends, you can connect them with 2 downpipes, so that the rainwater can come directly down the leg from the guttering at the front, and exit wherever required. Either straight onto the ground or away into a soakaway or existing drainage pipework

Mount height and post positions are adjustable. The mounting height is flexible between 240 to 280 cm, offering you a 40 cm flexible distance against the wall to satisfy all your needs. The post's position can also be moved in all four directions. No matter how big the deck is, the posts will fit onto the area.

The patio cover’s roof consists of an 8 mm polycarbonate roof, which is one of thickest option and it prevents 99.8% harmful UV rays from going through. Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact before the day to make alternative arrangements.

My house has a restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

If your order has not been delivered when expected please feel free to contact us on 09-2740618.

Please Note: Additional items such as the riverter, security locks and shelving may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you may receive multiple deliveries.

Are there side panels/ pvc windows etc that could be used to enclose the space so it can be used in all weather?

How many people does it take to put it up? How long does it generally take?

Most of the assembly is done on the ground. It takes 2 people half day to complete. The experienced contractors we use can do it within 2 hours.

Is this patio cover easy to assemble and disassemble if want to move to another location?

All parts are pre-drilled, and being aluminum, they are very precise. The kitset is put together with bolts and nuts. They are fairly easy to be removed and assembled again.

What is the width of each panel of the polycarbonate roof and how are they join during installation

Thank you for your inquiry. Each panel is approx 600mm x 3000mm. The aluminum rafter profile hold the panel in place.
